Devart is a nice free concrete5 template. It has 2 columns (the left column is for content, the right is for sidebar) and a footer. The template can be installed easily, no special knowledge is required:
1. Download the concrete5 theme archive.
2. Extract the archive contents into your concrete5 installation directory.
3. Install and activate the theme in concrete5 dashboard ('Pages and Themes' section).
